What is the recommended printing temperature for Torwell PLA Filament?
The recommended nozzle set-point temperature is 190–220°C (using the hottest temperature on the 1st layer for optimal adhesion). The heated bed temperature should be set between 25–60°C.

How should I store Torwell PLA filament to prevent tangling and moisture?
Always insert the end of the filament into the spool side holes after use to avoid tangles. Store the 3D printer filament in a sealed plastic bag or box with desiccants in a dry and ventilated environment.

What drying settings should I use if the PLA filament absorbs moisture?
If drying is necessary, the recommended drying setting for Torwell PLA filament is 55°C for 6 hours.

Filaments are supplied in 1kg spools sealed in vacuum plastic bags with desiccants. Spools come in individual boxes (Torwell box, Neutral box, or Customized box). Standard shipping packages include 8 or 10 spools per carton (carton size 44x44x19cm). Custom PMS colors are also supported.

What print speed and nozzle diameter work best?
We recommend a print speed of 10-20 mm/s for the 1st layer and 20-80 mm/s for the rest of the part. A nozzle diameter of 0.6mm or larger is preferred, while 0.4mm works well and 0.25mm is the minimum for experienced operators.
