Torwell Technologies Co., Ltd. was among the first high-tech companies in China dedicated exclusively to 3D printer filament R&D, manufacturing and export. More than a decade of extrusion know-how lets us solve the problems buyers actually face: diameter drift, bubbles, moisture, tangled winding and color mismatch between batches.
Our material team tunes resin, additives and pigments for print speed, toughness and surface finish.
Approx. 50,000–60,000 kg monthly output supports container orders and stable lead times.
Diameter, roundness, tensile strength, melt flow and printability are checked for each batch.
Vacuum sealed with desiccant, carton-protected and labeled to your market requirements.
Print failures usually start in the factory. This is how we control the variables before the filament ever reaches your customer's printer.
Virgin resin is dried to a controlled moisture level before extrusion to prevent bubbles and stringing.
Temperature-profiled screws and cooling baths keep melt stable for a smooth, void-free strand.
Inline dual-axis laser measurement targets ±0.02 mm on 1.75 mm filament and flags ovality.
Tension-controlled winding produces tangle-free layers that feed smoothly in AMS-type systems.
Each spool is vacuum sealed with desiccant, labeled with batch data and boxed for long-distance freight.
Proven SKUs with steady demand across Amazon sellers, wholesalers and print farms. Available in 1 kg spools; custom weights and spools on request.
A quick reference our engineers share with new distributors to plan a balanced product line — from entry-level PLA to engineering composites.

Standard 1.75 mm filament is produced with a target tolerance of ±0.02 mm, monitored by inline laser gauges during extrusion. 2.85 mm is also available for selected materials.
Our 2,500 m² factory runs 6 fully automatic production lines and a testing laboratory, with an output of approximately 50,000–60,000 kg per month — enough for repeat container orders.
Filament is dried before winding, then vacuum sealed with desiccant and packed in individual cartons, protecting hygroscopic materials such as PETG, TPU and PC during sea and air freight.
We have long-term customers in more than 75 countries and regions across North America, Europe, South America, the Middle East, Oceania and Asia.
