Impact and Heat Resistant: Torwell ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) nature color filament is a higher impact strength material which provides high heat resistance (Vicat Softening Temperature: 103˚C) and superior mechanical properties, is a good choice for functional parts that require durability or high temperature resistance. Higher Stability: Torwell ABS nature color filament is made with a specialty bulk-polymerized ABS resin, which has significantly lower volatile content compared to traditional ABS resins. Printing & Handling Advice
Please pass the filament through the fixed hole to avoid tangles after use.
1.75mm ABS filament requires a heat-bed and a proper printing surface to avoid warping.
Big parts are prone to warp in domestic printers and odor when printed is stronger than with PLA.
Using raft or brim or reducing the speed for the first layer could help avoid warping.
Troubleshooting: Why can't the filaments stick to the build bed?
1. Check the temperature setting before printing, ABS filaments have higher extrusion temperature;
2. Check if the plate surface has been used for a longtime, it is recommended to replace it with our new one to ensure a strong first layer adhesion;
3. If the first layer has poor adhesion, it is recommended to re-level the print substrate to reduce the distance between the nozzle and the surface plate;
4. If the effect is not good, it is recommended to try printing the draft before printing.

Why won't the ABS filament stick to the build bed?
Ensure your bed and nozzle temperatures are correctly set for higher ABS heat requirements. Re-level your print substrate to minimize nozzle distance, replace worn bed plates, or use rafts/brms prior to full printing.
What are the recommended drying and storage conditions?
Torwell ABS filament should be kept in a dry and ventilated environment. If moist, pre-dry the filament at 70˚C for 6 hours before printing for optimal performance.
